Close an emotion loop

Can’t stop replaying that experience over and over? Like an annoying song you can’t get out of your head?

Open emotion loops are unresolved emotional experiences that your brain keeps replaying until you give it what it needs to “complete the song.”

Without closing the loop, you’ll feel more tired, have trouble concentrating, or get upset about small things that typically don’t bother you.

This activity helps you label the feelings, understand the story you’re telling yourself, and express the feelings so your brain can stop hitting replay.

IDEAL FOR: Recurring thoughts, unresolved situations, when you feel “stuck” and want to move forward.

Unpack a trigger

Have you had a massive emotional reaction and thought, “Why am I THIS upset about something so small?”

Triggers aren’t random—they’re your body’s alarm system pointing to unhealed wounds, unmet needs, or outdated beliefs.

If you ignore them, they only get louder, leaving you avoiding situations, walking on eggshells, or having the same intense reaction over and over.

This activity helps you decode what the trigger is trying to tell you and transform the overwhelming reaction into clear, actionable insights.

IDEAL FOR: Big reactions to specific people or experiences, feel constantly on edge, or find yourself in similar conflicts.
