Nope! The Coloring Bet is a 21-day challenge that teaches you how to guide yourself through a Color Mending session.
View it as a 101 course, and this online course as the 101-301 courses.
You do not have to complete The Coloring Bet to participate. However, if you do complete The Coloring Bet, you have the option to credit the amount you paid for the kit towards this online course. -
Color Mending isn’t about making the next masterpiece that will take the art world by storm; it’s about using colors and shapes to connect with the feelings and sensations inside of you.
Zero art skills required. You just need curiosity and a willingness to learn. -
Yes! Chelsea and the Color Mending team work with therapists, counselors, and coaches that use Color Mending with their clients.
But, this course does NOT give you permission to use Color Mending with others.
The Color Mending Professional Certification Program is a 2-part program. The first part (this course) teaches you how to guide yourself through Color Mending sessions, since being successful at using this tool with others requires you to be confident and comfortable using the tool with yourself.

Yes! Part of this course requires you to guide yourself through multiple Color Mending sessions.
For each of your colorings you’re required to submit a survey that includes pictures of your work, as well as space to submit questions to Chelsea.
During this course you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a 1-hour 1:1 session with Chelsea where she will give you feedback on your colorings, answer your questions, and help you deepen your Color Mending practice.
