Coloring for emotional regulation workshops

Interactive workshop (virtual or in person) where Chelsea teaches participants how to use intuitive coloring for improved emotional awareness and stress management.

One-on-one Color Mending sessions are perfect for anyone ready to get straight to the heart of what they're experiencing.

Whether you're navigating a major life transition, feeling emotionally stuck, struggling to put feelings into words, or simply want to understand yourself better, these personalized sessions cut through surface-level discussions to reveal what's really going on beneath.

Suitable for ages 4 and up.

Each session is virtual (Zoom) and 45 minutes.

No artistic experience is required—just bring your willingness to color and explore.

What you’ll need For your session

All you need to bring is simple supplies you likely already have at home:

  • Blank paper (any size works—printer paper, or notebook paper)

  • Something to color with (crayons are preferred, but markers, colored pencils, or whatever you have available works great)

  • A pen or pencil for taking notes
