What is Color Mending?

Color Mending is a neuroscience-based methodology for emotional regulation. It uses intuitive coloring and proprietary charts to help people identify and understand their emotions through body-first, non-verbal processing. No talking, revisiting your past, or artistic skills are required.

Who is Color Mending for?

Color Mending is for adults who struggle to identify or articulate their emotions to others. It is also used and loved by licensed therapists, counselos, and coaches who want body-first tools to use with their clients.

Is Color Mending therapy?

No. Color Mending is an educational tool grounded in neuroscience. It is not a replacement for mental health services, including therapy or clinical treatment. It complements, not subsitutes.
